Sample Scope
This equipment is suitable for various AC and DC EV charging stations, specifically designed to test the cord anchorage or cable fixing devices of charging guns, ensuring safety and durability during every charge.

Test Purpose
The flexible cord anchorage of the charging station must relieve conductors at terminals from pulling force and torque. This device tests the ability of cord anchorage and cable fixing mechanisms to withstand specified tensile forces and torque, ensuring reliable long-term operation.

Test Principle
Pulling force is applied using a motor-driven eccentric wheel mechanism, with adjustable motor speed to guarantee precise force each time. The duration of applied force is monitored. Torque is applied via a motor-driven tray that lifts a weight, automatically resetting after the set time to ensure a controlled and repeatable test.
