Do you have representative or partner in our countries?

Yes, we have representatives and partners in some countries. If customers wants supports from our local representatives or partners, please consult with us for contacting information.

Can you support customization?

Yes, we support customization. Most of test equipment and test system should be customized based on customer’s specific specimens. Customers offer us their specimen details, testing requirements, we can offer tailored proposals accordingly.

How is the product packed? 

1: The first step is to keep the equipment clean with high toughness tensile membrane.

2: The second step is to use shockproof epe pearl cotton to prevent equipment from scratches, bump, friction and etc.

3: The last step is to use the standard wooden cases.

How to install and use the product?

We will offer operating instruction documents and operation video in English version. Also remote training through video calls are available, for large test system project, we will offer on-site installation and training service.

How can you provide solution if your products break down?

Our engineers will analyze the problems which have been caused, and we can build a technical service group through video phone, WeChat, Skype and Whatsapp to guide you to solve the problems step by step. At the same time, we will provide complete instructions, circuit diagram, freezing diagram, structure book and fault analysis solutions; If on-site service is needed, the business trip cost should be negotiated by both parties.

How long the warranty of your test equipment covered?

We provide free parts replacement service for accessories with one year. We will supply free parts during machine warranty period if machine have some problems. While we also supply free life long after-sales service.

Which countries have your product sold to?

We have sold to so many countries, such as America, Australia, Egypt, Finland, Germany, Korea, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, UK, Vietnam, and other more than 20 countries.

Is there a variety of language options for your operating system?

Generally, we can offer English and Chinese language, other language can be customizable.

How is the product delivered?

Generally, the shipping methods are depended by customer’s choices, Sinuo can offer sea transportation, air freight service, express service such as DHL/IPS/FEDEX/TNT, European train transportation for European countries, special transportation line for middle East, USA, etc.

Which certifications do you have?

Our company has passed ISO 9001 certification, and some of our standard equipment has passed CE certificate, all of our products can pass third party calibration by ISO 17025 accredited laboratories, etc.

How long will it take from order placement to goods delivery?

We have perfect ERP system and BOM table for each machine, for machines are in stock, the delivery time is 2 business days, for generally machines are not in stock, the delivery time including debugging is 20~30 business days, for large test systems or completely new R&D machines, the delivery time including debugging is 60~90 days.
