Equipment Overview
With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, the automotive aftermarket that stands behind the car companies has also attracted much attention. Car-related services that occur in the process of using new energy vehicles, such as repairs and maintenance, vehicle modification, and vehicle inspections, need to be tested for the safety of the vehicle again. For 4S shops, vehicle management offices and other places of use, we have specially developed the SNE 68 series of special safety analyzers for new energy vehicles.
Test Project
1. Potential equalization test:
The resistance value of the connection between all exposed conductive shells and the electric platform; the resistance between any two exposed conductive shells that can be touched at the same time.
2. Insulation resistance of the charging socket:
Whether the insulation resistance between the phase line terminals of the vehicle's AC charging socket or the positive and negative terminals of the DC charging socket and the electric platform can meet the requirements.
3. Vehicle insulation resistance test:
It is used to detect whether the vehicle-level insulation resistance can meet the requirements. It is divided into the insulation resistance of the circuit containing the B-level voltage power supply and the insulation resistance of the B-level voltage load without the power supply.
4. Insulation detection function verification:
The vehicle has an insulation resistance detection function. This item is used to detect whether the vehicle can normally transmit an alarm signal to the driver when the vehicle's insulation fails.
