Equipment Overview
During the winding or lamination process of the lithium battery core, problems such as material dust mixing, uneven winding, and diaphragm breakage will inevitably occur, which will lead to safety hazards of the lithium battery and difficult detection.
At present, the testing equipment and methods in the industry are not perfect, and the detection rate of substandard products is not ideal.
This equipment applies a 10-100ms high-voltage pulse test to the battery cell before the lithium battery is filled with electrolyte. The cell is determined by measuring the shortest charging time, the longest time, charging voltage, voltage drop, curve area and other parameters. Open circuit, short circuit, micro short circuit and other insulation faults, fast and efficient.
