Equipment Overview
The 2 Zones Thermal Shock Test Chamber is also called to be basket type hot and cold shock test chamber, it is divided into two parts: high temperature zone and low temperature zone. The test product is placed in the basket. The test product is moved into the high temperature zone or low temperature zone for balance impact through the basket transfer. The test product is dynamic during the test.
This two-zone thermal shock test chamber is used to test the material structure or composite material, which can be endured in a continuous environment of extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature in an instant. In order to test the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction in the shortest time. Features
1. Vertical two-zone structure, the cycle process of the high and low temperature zones is automatically controlled, and the dwell and switching time are adjustable. It is divided into two parts: high temperature area and low temperature area. The test sample is placed in the mobile basket. It adopts a unique heat storage and cold storage structure. The cylinder drives the basket to move up and down in the hot and cold tank to complete the cold and hot temperature impact test.
2. The test sample can be connected to the load by wiring through the test hole, and the large-scale color touch screen makes the operation is easy, and the operating status is clear at a glance.
3. Adopts fully enclosed imported compressor with environmentally friendly refiregant, plate cold heat exchanger and binary ultra-low temperature refrigeration system.
4. The three functions of high temperature, low temperature and cold and hot shock can be independently set. It can automatically pre-cool, pre-heat and standby according to the set work instructions; and set the number of cycles and defrost times, and automatically (manually) defrost.
