Product Information
This equipment adopts self-programmed software and is operated via computer control. All standard test procedures and data judgment logic are managed automatically by the system, delivering user-friendly operation.
This device is designed to evaluate the surface heating condition of charging connectors and electrical accessories when loaded with rated current, and verify whether the temperature rise of electrodes meets standard specifications.
The temperature rise tester is mainly composed of an industrial control system, two sets of DC power supplies (one high-power unit and one low-power unit), a multi-channel temperature acquisition instrument and an integrated cabinet.
As a customized dedicated test equipment integrating multiple functional modules, it is applicable to temperature rise tests for all types of products that require thermal rise evaluation.
One DC power supply ranging from 0 to 100A is built inside the control cabinet, while an external DC power supply of 100~8000A is equipped. The external power supply communicates with the control cabinet, which can deliver continuous and stable output current from 0 to 8000A. No external load is required, as this device integrates power source and electronic load in one unit. Both the output current and on-off control time are fully adjustable.
Built-in 100A model
The control cabinet is equipped with a built-in 24-channel communicable temperature scanner, compatible with thermocouple types K, E, R, B, N, T, J, S, WRE5-26 and WRE3-25. It supports 4–20mA current signal input with a sampling frequency of 1 Hz.
The control system adopts Advantech industrial computer, which features high stability and strong anti-interference performance. It comes with various built-in interfaces to realize communication with the temperature scanner and DC power supply. Temperature signals and electrical signals are isolated and collected independently to avoid crosstalk.
The control cabinet is fitted with a 21.5-inch LED color touch screen with over 16 million colors, a resolution of no less than 1280×800 and brightness of at least 500 cd/m². The screen can display real-time temperature rise curves as well as real-time output voltage, output current and output power.
The 8000A high-current DC power supply is equipped with 3-meter-long extended copper cables, which can meet the requirement of maximum 8000A current transmission.
Both the control cabinet and high-current DC power supply are equipped with caster feet for easy moving and transportation.
