The SNQC1010A is a precision-engineered testing system designed to evaluate the durability and mechanical integrity of EV charging connectors, vehicle plugs, and function boxes under extreme rolling pressure. This equipment simulates real-world scenarios where connectors may be accidentally run over by a vehicle, helping manufacturers assess and improve product resilience according to industry safety standards.
Using an actual car tire (P225/75R15), the device applies controlled rolling pressure—either 5000±250N or 11000±550N—at a set speed of (8±2) km/h, with adjustable tire pressure. The test platform mimics a cement surface, and the rolling mechanism operates in both directions to simulate realistic reciprocating vehicle movement.
Built with high-grade stainless steel and cold-rolled steel panels, the unit features PLC control, a touchscreen interface, and robust safety protection. It meets the stringent reliability testing needs of EV component manufacturers who prioritize safety and compliance in charging infrastructure.
