Due to the progress of society, people are becoming more and more familiar with testing machines. After working for a long time, if the testing machine is not maintained regularly, it will affect the performance of the testing machine. So how do we maintain it?

1. Maintenance of the main engine of the testing machine

(1) Regularly check the screws at the jaws of the testing machine, and tighten them in time if they are loose;

(2) The fixtures equipped with the testing machine should be coated with anti-rust oil for storage;

(3) The sliding surface where the inlaid steel plate is in contact with the lining plate and the dovetail groove surface on the lining plate should be kept clean, and a thin layer of molybdenum disulfide grease should be applied regularly;

(4) Regularly check the transmission of the sprocket, if it is loose, please re-tension the tensioning wheel;

(5) Since the jaws of the electronic tensile testing machine are often used, they are easy to wear, and when there are too many scales, it is easy to cause damage to the small piston and oil leakage, so it is best to clean it after each test;

2. Maintenance of the control system of the testing machine

(1) Regularly check whether the connecting wires on the rear panel of the testing machine controller are in good contact, and if loose, fasten them in time;

(2) If the machine is not used for a long time after the test, turn off the test machine controller and computer;

(3) The interfaces on the controller of the testing machine are in one-to-one correspondence, and the wrong interface may cause damage to the equipment;

(4) When plugging or unplugging the interface on the controller, the power of the controller must be turned off.

3. Maintenance of the oil source of the test machine

(1) According to the use of the testing machine and the service life of the oil, replace the oil suction filter and filter element regularly, and replace the hydraulic oil.

(2) Regularly check whether there is oil leakage at the main engine of the testing machine and the oil source. If oil leakage is found, the sealing ring or combination pad should be replaced in time;

(3) Pay attention to the use time of the main power supply of the testing machine. If the machine is not running, the power switch should be turned to the "loading" position to prevent the electromagnetic reversing valve from being energized all the time, which will directly affect the service life of the machine.
