Charging guns and charging piles are essential components to supplement battery life for electric vehicles. The power source needed by electric vehicles: electric energy, all need to be supplemented by connecting the charging gun. The charging pile provides relevant electric energy, while the charging gun plays the role of transmitting electric energy to new energy vehicles. Through the cooperation of the charging pile and the charging gun, the power source required by the new energy vehicle can be quickly and effectively replenished, so that the car can run stably.
For the charging gun, it is necessary to conduct a series of environmental, mechanical and electrical performance tests according to its own needs and the use in the actual environment. Through these tests, the relevant performance and quality of the charging gun can be detected to ensure stability and safety in practical applications.
According to the standard requirements, the charging gun needs to perform the following tests (including but not limited to), which are subdivided into three categories according to the test types: , and electrical performance test.
