This Automatic Passenger Vehicle Rain Spray and Mist Test System is mainly compiled, designed and produced based on the vehicle form, vehicle size range, ground requirements and rain spray nozzle layout requirements provided by the user. By setting the spray rain detection conditions, the system can simulate the natural outdoor rain state. The report can be edited in the form of actual inspection report. Parameters are set through the computer interface. The spray test process is fully automated. During the rain test, the electronic control console sends a rain signal. The motor drives the water pump. The water in the clear pool is pumped into the pipe sprinkler system by a water pump. After pressure and flow adjustment, the system adjusts the rainfall that meets the standard requirements. The nozzle sprinkles water onto the surface of the specimen, and the specimen is subjected to a rain test. The sprayed water drips along the surface of the sample into the water tank at the bottom of the sample. Then collect and flow into the pond. After several times of filtration and sedimentation to remove impurities, it becomes clear water (note that clear water here means no impurities). Then it is pumped into the sprinkler system by the water pump. This is the use process of circulating waterway.
When performing a spray test, the solenoid valve is switched. The circulating water path enters the spray pipe and is sprayed onto the surface of the specimen from the spray nozzle.
