3. EVSE Cord Cantilever Tensile And Rocking Life Tester
The EVSE cord cantilever tensile and rocking life test device is a non-standard customized equipment. At the same time, it can also be tested to find out which parts of the sample are more likely to be damaged and whether the electric vehicle supply equipment is safety. It is a necessary durability test equipment for laboratory research and development.
The customized fixture of the equipment meets the clamping requirements of samples of different sizes and shapes, and simulates the real operation as much as possible to make cantilever stretching movements. Since the cantilever stretching and rebounding action is completed by a similar weight load, the cantilever stretching part only needs to make a stretching action, and then cooperate with the load to recover the wire rope.
The swing life tooling part is mainly used for the life test of the sample swinging from side to side. The machine is controlled by PLC & Touch screen. You can input the swing angle, speed and number of tests on the touch screen by yourself, and press to start the test. When the set number of times is reached, it will automatically stop with an audible alarm signal. The whole machine is beautiful in appearance and easy to operate. The sample holder can be adjusted up and down, which can adapt to the testing needs of different samples.
