Equipment Overview
The aging test is carried out by exposing the material of the samples (which including but not limited to automotive, coatings, rubber, plastics, pigments, adhesives, fabrics, aerospace, shipbuilding, electronics, packaging, etc.) to the illumination and heat radiation of the xenon arc lamp, to evaluate the light and weather resistance of some materials under the action of high temperature light source.
Xenon arc lamps simulate full sunlight spectrum to reproduce destructive light waves in different environments.

With 4 custom methods, users can set test parameters by themselves to meet most common standard requirements. |
Drum sample holder | |
The rotating drum sample holder can ensure the excellent irradiance uniformity of the upper, middle, and lower samples while taking into account the sample volume. In addition, the sample continuously rotates around the lamp tube with the sample holder to further ensure uniform and stable irradiance, sample surface temperature, and water spray. |
|
Control system | |

Q: What about the exposure area?
A:6500cm2/ About 65 standard samples (140mm×70mm)
Q: What is the Radiation Intensity of Xenon?
A:0.3 W/m2~1.1 W/m2(@340nm)
40 W/m2~120 W/m2(@300nm~400nm)
SN883-X65 can reach 2 of levels which close to the sun level . Other domestic equipment is generally customized based on a certain standard and does not understand the irradiance requirements of different fields.
Q: What's the cooling system?
A:SN883-X65 can reach a higher power level to meet the needs of current and future test development. There is cooling water flowing between the filters, which can effectively reduce the infrared heat to the sample surface. And reduce the generation of ozone, increase the accurate matching with the external environment.
Cooling effect remark: water cooling is better than air cooling.
