Equipment Overview


 

This load cabinet conforms to IEC 62196-1:2020 clause 22. It is used to process breaking capacity test for plug, socket, switch, connector, relay and other parts. The load cabinet has single-phase power output and single-phase load input, and the load can be divided into resistive, inductive or capacitive loads.

 

The load cabinet adopts a cabinet type structure, with a size of 900mm wide × 900mm deep × 1470mm high. The cabinet body is made of iron plates which are pressed and sprayed. There are 4 brake wheels at the bottom of the cabinet to facilitate movement or fixation. The front of the upper part of the cabinet is the control panel, on the panel, there are meter power switch, load switch, intelligent digital display voltmeter, ammeter, power meter, power factor meter, power-on counter, current output button, current stop button, load type (resistive, inductive or capacitive) selection switch, Capacitor selection switch, alarm, etc. Inside the cabinet there are inductance, capacitance, resistor combination system, strong wind heat dissipation mechanism, various electrical control elements, control circuit board and output wiring blocks, etc.
