Equipment Overview


 

SNEEV series two-way DC test power supplies adopt high-frequency PWM rectification and two-way DCDC conversion technology, DPGA digital control technology, to achieve high-performance DC high-power output, and have the function of 100% energy feedback to the grid, power factor up to 0.99, accuracy up to 0.1%. Compared with the conventional bidirectional current, the output voltage range is wider, and the full range and high precision output of the full scale can be realized.

 

With programmable output function, it can be used for many occasions through different empty box software. Mainly used in the research and development and testing of electric vehicles (controllers), electric vehicle powertrain systems, electric vehicle transmission systems, storage systems, chargers, charging stations, and large-capacity battery pack charging and discharging.

This series of power supplies can perform simulation experiments on the input power, output current, overload capacity, withstand voltage, efficiency of the motor, locked-rotor current, maximum speed, overspeed, and power feeding of the electric vehicle motor controller. It can feed back the energy of the back electromotive force in the motor overspeed experiment to the grid in real time to avoid damage to the controller.
