Equipment Overview


 

This temperature rise test system meets the standard requirements of IEC 62196-3: 2020 clause 24, IEC 62196-1: 2020 clause 24, IEC 60309-1: 2012 clause 22, etc.

It is suitable for detecting the temperature rise test after the charging pile interface plug and socket pass the rated current, and assessing the heating of the surface of the electrical accessories when the load current is connected, and whether the temperature rise of the terminal meets the requirements of the standard.

 

Equipment Principle

The temperature rise test system consists of an electric voltage regulator, a current transducer, a PLC programmable controller, a current sensor, a humanized touch screen and a movable chassis. It can stably output the test current, and eliminate the influence to the test current caused by the fluctuation of the power supply voltage, the connecting wire or the copper bar, and the resistance value of the sample, and improve the accuracy of the test result. The power supply have functions of low loss, high efficiency, easy operation, complete control and detection. The touch screen can display the current value and the temperature values of each temperature measurement points in real time. The temperature value can be recorded every 2 seconds and report can be generated, which can be stored in a USB flash drive and copied to a computer for viewing and printing.
