Water Circulation System The test is processed in the chamber, the equipment has a bilt-in water tank, the water can be recycled. And the inner chamber has a water collecting device, the test water is automatically collected into the water storage tank through the chassis. The water inlet can be automatically controlled through the float valve in the water tank, the system can give out high and low water level alarm detection alarms, which can effectively prevent the pump from being damaged due to dry water shortage.

Equipment Overview


Use Environment:

Power supply: AC380V±5%/50Hz, 15KVA, or match client’s local power supply requirements.

Use place: temperature 15-35 ° C, relative humidity 25%-75%, atmospheric pressure 86 ~ 106kpa (860 mbar -1060 mbar), there should be equipped with lighting and waterproof leakage switch (or socket), the ground needs to be flat, and the water intake and drainage function should be good.

Water source: clean water or tap water without impurities, equipped with water cleaning filter.

 

Samples and Restrictions: Passenger vechiles, buses, lamps, motorcycles and other parts and components, as well as other products that need to be tested under IPX9 (IPX9K) environment.

 

Structure:

The device is composed of a chassis, a water spray mechanism, a high-pressure high-temperature device, a turntable and an electrical control cabinet.

1. The outer casing of the chamber is made of high-quality steel plate. The inner chamber and the turntable are all made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure waterproof and anti-corrosion. The test chamber has its own water circulating system, and has a water collecting device inside. The test water is automatically collected into the water storage tank through the chassis. The water inlet can be automatically controlled through the float valve in the water tank, the system can give out high and low water level alarm detection alarms, which can effectively prevent the pump from being damaged due to dry water shortage.

 

2. 4 standard nozzles are installed in the 0°, 30°, 60°, 90° position of the ring bracket.

 

3. The built-in water heating thermostat device ensures that the test water temperature meets the standard requirements. The high-pressure water is supplied by the high-pressure water pump through the frequency conversion, and the water jetting flow can be preset on the touch screen.

 

4. The test chamber is equipped with a turntable, the turntable is caused to rotating by motor driving at a rotation speed of 1r/min, to make the enclosure is sprayed from all practicable directions.

 

5. The water heating, constant temperature, water pressure, water flow, c water spray time, cycle program process and the turntable rotation action are controlled by the electrical control cabinet.

 

Application: To verify the protective performance of the components of road vechiles, lamps, motorcycles and other parts under high pressure and temperature water jetting at degree IPX9 (IPX9K).

 

Principle: Ensure that the water jetting speed reaches the standard required value by controlling the water supply flow, temperature and pressure, the enclosure is sprayed from all practicable directions with a stream of water from the standard test nozzles as shown in IEC 60529 figure 7, 8 and 9.
