Equipment Overview
Use Environment:
Power supply: AC380V±5%/50Hz, 15KVA, or match client’s local power supply requirements.
Use place: temperature 15-35 ° C, relative humidity 25%-75%, atmospheric pressure 86 ~ 106kpa (860 mbar -1060 mbar), there should be equipped with lighting and waterproof leakage switch (or socket), the ground needs to be flat, and the water intake and drainage function should be good.
Water source: clean water or tap water without impurities, equipped with water cleaning filter.
Samples and Restrictions: Electrical and electronic products, automobiles, motorcycle parts, household appliances, communication products, outdoor lighting and signal devices, etc.
Structure: The device is composed of a drip mechanism, an oscillating mechanism, an electric control cabinet and a turntable. The drip box is fixed to the top of the chamber. The oscillating mechanism is installed inside of the inner chamber, and the left and right ends of the oscillating tube are fixed to the side wall of the inner chamber. There is a turntable, has a rotation speed of 1r/min, used for IPX1 ~IPX4 test; With 15° sample support block, used for IPX2 test; the height of the turntable can be adjusted manually, matching the distance 200mm from the needle to the sample. The test equipment is equipped with a water filter cleaning device to prevent pinhole blockage. This whole system adopts chamber type structure.
Application: To verify the protective performance of the enclosure for electronic and electrical products, automobiles, motorcycle parts, household appliances, seals and lamps under water dripping at degree IPX1 & IPX2 and water spraying and splashing at degree IPX3 & IPX4.
Principle: Ensure that the dripping speed or spraying speed reaches the standard required value by controlling the water supply flow, the test equipment can produce a uniform flow of water drops over the whole area of the enclosure (IPX1 and IPX2) or make the enclosure of the specimen to be splashed in all directions (IPX3 and IPX4).

Water Circulation System | The test is processed in the chamber, the equipment has a bilt-in water tank, the water can be recycled. And the inner chamber has a water collecting device, the test water is automatically collected into the water storage tank through the chassis. The water inlet can be automatically controlled through the float valve in the water tank, the system can give out high and low water level alarm detection alarms, which can effectively prevent the pump from being damaged due to dry water shortage. Also, there is a cleaning filter device at the water inlet position. |
