Application: Used to measure the relative tracking resistance of solid electrical insulating materials when the surface is exposed to water containing impurities under the action of an electric field when the voltage is up to 600V.

 

Test Principle: Tracking test (tracking index test) is that, on the surface of the solid insulating material, apply a certain voltage between platinum electrodes of the specified size (2mm × 5mm) and drop a specified droplet volume of conductive liquid (0.1%NH 4 CL) at a fixed height (35mm) at a fixed time (30s), then evaluate the leakage resistance performance of the solid insulating material surface under the combined action of electric field and humid or polluted medium, and to determine its comparative tracking index (CT1) and tracking resistance index (PT1).

 

Structure: Chamber structure, with fume hood.

 

Power supply: single-phase AC220V±10%, 50/60Hz, or match client's local power supply requirements.

 

Use Environment: Ambient temperature: 10℃~35℃, relative humidity: 30%~60%.
