Test requirements and steps
Test object: battery pack or electric energy storage assembly
Test steps:
The battery package/system first rotates 360° around the X-axis at a speed of 90 degrees/15 seconds, then rotates in 90° increments, maintains for 1 hour every 90° increment, and stops rotating 360°. Observe for 2 hours.
The battery or system first rotates 360° around the Y-axis at a speed of 90° /15 seconds, then travels in 90°increments, and keeps for 1 hour every 90-degree increment, and stops after traveling 360°. Observe for 2 hours
Test judgment:
When the battery package/system is in inversion test, there is no leakage of the battery package/system, rupture of the casing, fire or explosion. And keep the connection reliable and the structure intact. After the test, when the insulation resistance test is carried out, the AC resistance value is not less than 500Ω/V or the DC resistance value is not less than 100Ω/V.
