Equipment Overview


Sample and Restrictions: Battery, battery pack, refrigerator compressor, refrigeration compressors for all types of automotive air conditioners for refrigerants with R134a, Electric compressor, car muffler, car exhaust pipe, car dashboard, car garage assembly, car skylight, car air conditioner.

 

Application: It is used to vibration test of all kinds of workpieces, the workpiece parameters such as compressors are refrigerated, input power, noise, etc. cannot exceed the standard requirements after the test.

 

Test Principle: The energization conductor is moved in the magnetic field effect of electromagnetic force. When the dynamic in electromagnetic vibrating platform is magnetically generated by alternating current signals, a vibration movement is generated.

 

Structure: The vibration test system consists of four parts: vibration test table, power amplifier, controller, and cooling fan.

1. Vibration table:motion: The most important part of the electric vibrating stage is a dynamic, and it is an activity system. How does the dynamic work? It is placed in the working air gap generated by the drive ring in the drive ring, so that the drive coil can be powered by free up and down vibration. This is the work of the dynamic circle.

 

2. Magnetic coil:The electric vibrating table excitation coil is divided into an upper and exciting follow-up, both of them are composed of two mutually perpendicular magnetic fields together with the dynamic, the coil is cut to generate magnetic induction in the case of energization. The vibrating table is the exclusive force required by mutual cutting between the dynamic and excitation.

 

3. Power amplifier part:Power amplifier is an important part of electric vibration test system, the performance and vibrating table match related to the overall performance of the vibration test system directly. The development of the power amplifier had experienced three generations: electronic tube power amplifier, transistor linear power amplifier, switch tube power amplifier. The electronic tube power amplifier is rarely used at present, the conversion efficiency of the transistor linear power amplifier is typically only about 50%, while other energy is converted to thermal energy, not only low conversion efficiency, but also heat dissipation is a big problem, the switching tube power amplifier adopts power field effect tube, the loss is very small, efficiency is more than 90%, our switching tube power amplifier is more than 95% at present.

 

4. Working principle of power amplifier:Three-phase alternating current is isolated from the power frequency transformer,step-down feeding three-phase full bridge filter,then obtain a low-striped DC power source to the H-bridge transformer by the capacitor filtering, the output voltage wave is output to the vibrating table after normal mold and common mode choke.

 

5.
