Equipment Overview


Application: It is used to simulate all kinds of batteries suffering from external impact during using, transportation and storage.

 

Test Principle:

The test sample battery placed on the same plane, a rod cross with a diameter of 15.8 ± 0.2mm (5 / 8Iinch) Cross cross placed in the center of the sample. One 9.1kg or 10kgHeavy objects fall from a certain height(610mm or1000mm)to the sample. Cylindrical or square battery when receiving impact test, the longitudinal axis should parallel to the plane, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the steel column. The maximum axis of square batteries is perpendicular to the steel column, and the maximum surface is perpendicular to the impact direction, and each battery only accepts an impact test.

 

Structure: One machine structure, the door uses explosion-proof lock + explosion-proof chain
