This walk-in IPX9K high pressure high temperature water jetting test room match the requirements of IEC 60529 IPX9 test, it is required by IEC 61851-22 Claus 8.4, can used to test electric vehicle charging systems.

Number of nozzles 3 Pcs, one installed on the top to spray the top surface of the sample; one installed on the side to spray the surface around the sample; and the final one installed on the bottom to spray the bottom surface of the sample.
Spray trajectory Take running S-shaped trajectory as the principle of jet motion, and use four servo motors to design the robot arm to complete the water spray on 5 sides. With 30S per M2 meter as the basic reference test time, the entire trajectory can be set to complete the time, and it can set in 150-300S (5 square meters). When setting, operator can input the size according to the product's dimensions, length, width and height. The manipulator system automatically completes the test running track for orderly testing. After the test is completed, the arm returns to the original point and the device has sound and light prompts.
Sample placement method

1. Adopt a forklift to load and unload samples, and the forklift customer shall prepare it by user (the supplier provides specifications);

2. Adopt the aerial vehicle to lift the samples to the door of the equipment, and then ask the manual sample truck to advance to the test space. After the door is closed, the system prompts that a formal test can be carried out.

Pure water system Provide 50L/H pure water equipment, provide water source for heating, and spray water for recycling.
Power supply AC380V three-phase five-wire, 50Hz; power: about 100KW (no load); equipped with a 120A air switch separately, the air switch must have wiring terminals, and the power cord is ≥50 square meters.
Water circulatory system

1) The water source cannot be recycled (Because the water source is dirty after the battery is tested, it is recommended to drain the used water to the sewage tank).

2) If the user considers water recycling, please prepare the return pool and clean pool in advance;

3) The pipeline user shall prepare in advance;

4) The size of the return pool: 1000*1000*1500mm (D*W*H)

5) The size of the clear water tank: 1000*1000*1200mm (D*W*H)

6) Water filtration device (optional)

If users consider water recycling, please prepare the return pool and clean pool in advance.

Water filter device (optional, cost is additional) After the water in the test process flows into the return pool, the water in the clean pool is pumped into the bag filter tank by the clean pool water pump, and the filtered water is returned to the water tank.

Equipment Overview


The test room is composed of by a test bench, a water storage tank, a control box, a product dewatering buffer zone and a spray system. The test room dimensions can be customized according to client’s specific samples.

 

Heating system:

The heating wire used in high frequency is very important in this system. The improper material selection of the heating tube has a short service life and is prone to short-circuit of the funnel. It is extremely inconvenient and distressing for users with high requirements, and seriously affects the production inspection progress. For this reason, the company has developed the latest new type of ceramic heating frame. The ceramic material has high temperature resistance, good insulation, and it will not cause leakage and short circuit. The heating wire inserted from the middle is imported from Germany, and the wire diameter is thick with high temperature resistance and dry burning resistance. The quartz glass tube is inserted in the middle of the heating wire. Its important function is to prevent the heating wire from becoming soft and falling down when the heating wire burns red, resulting in short circuit caused by the contact between the heating wire and the metal of the inner chamber.
