1. System overview

 

This test room is mainly designed and manufactured according to QC/T476-2007 and QC/T271-2021. It is used to evaluate the ability of doors, windows, orifice covers of passenger cars and minivans, as well as luggage or cargo compartments to prevent rainwater from entering the compartment, and to verify their ability to prevent rainwater from entering the compartment. Rain sealing performance.

 

The rain shower room simulates the outdoor natural rain state to set the spray rain detection conditions, and conduct the spray test on all surfaces of the motor vehicle that may be exposed to rain. (Seepage, slow drip, drip, fast drip, flow) are recorded and scored to confirm the water tightness of outdoor vehicles and implement structural improvements to the parts that may leak.

 

The rain test room uses PLC intelligent central integrated control, computer interface display and operation, test data can be formed into a report and printed, and the report can be edited according to the actual test report. The parameters are set through the computer interface, the spray test process is fully automatic, and the side and top spray mechanisms are electrically adjusted to match various specifications of vehicles. It is the first choice of reliability equipment for third-party testing institutions and factory laboratory departments.

2. Equipment principle and structure

 

Equipment principle:

The PLC is used to control the frequency converter to change the water supply of the booster pump to the pipeline, so that the water supply pressure and flow can meet the standard requirements. The front, rear, left, right and top rain surfaces of the sprinkler can be adjusted to match the rain test of passenger cars and minivans of different sizes.

 

Equipment structure:

The automobile rain test room mainly includes five components: spray room and control room, spray system (including electric adjustment mechanism), water replenishment system, water circulation system, and electronic control system. As shown in figure below:
