Equipment Overview


 

The test system is used for test the sample storage, transport, and working performance during raining environment conditions. It is suitable for electrical and electronic products, lamps, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and other products to test products and physical and other related properties under simulating rain climatic conditions.

 

The test sytem consists of a test bench, a water storage tank, a control box, a turntable, a water circulation system and a spray system.

 

There is a water tank at the bottom that pumps water through the stainless-steel water pump inside the right control box and pressurizes it before sending it to the nozzle of the hose. The outlet of the pump is designed with control components such as flowmeter, pressure gauge and solenoid valve; it equipped with a stroke water circulation system indoor, the turntable is independently installed 2500mm away from the water spray equipment.
