Introduction of Structure Features


Sunroof Clamp Angle Mechanism

Through the touch screen program control, nine angle states can be realized, plane, front, rear, left, right, front left, front right, rear left, rear right.

  • The sunroof is tilted forward 0-20° (can be set), and the water spray time can be set for 10 minutes.
  • The sunroof is tilted back 0-20° (can be set), and the water spray time can be set for 10 minutes.
  • The sunroof is tilted left 0-20° (can be set), and the water spray time can be set for 10 minutes.
  • The sunroof is tilted right 0-20° (can be set), and the water spray time can be set for 10 minutes.
  • The sunroof is tilted front left 0-20° (can be set), and the water spray time can be set for 10 minutes.

Action Structure Principle

The principle of the sunroof angle tilt structure is to independently control the up and down movement of four ball screws or link multiple screws through four Delta servo motors to generate various tilt angles. The diameter of the four ball screws is 50MM to ensure sufficient bearing capacity, and the ball screws are used to ensure the accuracy of the inclination angle of the sunroof.

The connecting guide rail under the ball screw produces a straight up and down motion, and the screw rotates the guide rail to move in a straight line. Four servo motors are installed above the spray plate, this design can protect the motor from rainwater spray, so that the motor can be used for a longer life.

 

The principle of lifting and front and rear operation of the spray rack

Four 304 stainless steel ball screws are installed on the four corners of the spray pipe fixing frame, and then equipped with a guide rod reducer to realize the rising and falling action.

The purpose is to adjust the spray distance between the spray head and the skylight to ensure that the distance 500MM or so. The principle of front and rear operation also uses a ball screw and a motor to control the linear motion structure.

 

Spray room structure

The outer frame structure of the shower room is installed with 80X40MM thick 5MM aluminum alloy and 10MM thick tempered glass, and the door is made of tempered glass aluminum alloy double-opening sliding doors on both sides.

 

Ground drainage system and civil works (provided by the buyer)

Covering an area of about 4X5 meters and a space of about 5 meters high, the glass house is decorated on this basis. The ground needs to be pasted with non-slip tiles, and there is at least 200MM thick concrete underground, which is used to fix the spray frame with expansion screws.

The ground drainage ditch is 200MM wide and 100MM deep. The edge of the sink is about 200MM away from the glass wall. The surface of the sink is made of stainless steel 19X19MM 304 square pass to make a small box and lay it over the sink, flush with the ground. When decorating the sink, it is necessary to design an inclination of about 5 degrees to allow the water to drain to the water outlet, and no water should accumulate in the sink. The requirements for floor tile decoration are the same, and no stagnant water should be generated.

 

Pool filter system and bag filter system

The pool filtration system adopts the bipolar filtration method, the first stage is the sewage pool, and the second stage is the clean water pool. The depth of the sewage pool is 1500MM, and the depth of the clear water pool is 1000MM.

The purpose of this design is to deposit pollutants and sludge in the pool. The sewage pool area is 1X1 meters deep and 1.5 meters deep, and it is located behind the right side of the rain shower. The clean water pool is 1X1 meters deep and 1 meter deep, and it is located in front of the right side of the rain shower room.

In order to reduce the probability of nozzle blockage, a bag filter is added. The water output of the stainless-steel tank is 100 tons per hour, and the filtration progress is 100UM. The multi-level filter device is only to ensure that the spraying is not blocked, does not affect the test time, and improves the test efficiency.
