1. The pressure vessel is made of 304 stainless-steel, with high-precision overall sub-arc welding and good pressure resistance.

 

2. The outside of the tank is connected with a transparent tube, and attached with a stainless-steel ruler, so that the internal water level can be clearly observed.

 

3. Special silicone sealing ring, good elasticity, not easy to be damaged.

 

4. The tank lid above the tank body is equipped with a power supply connector for sample.

 

5. The tank is equipped with safety valve, which automatically releases the pressure when it exceeds the rated pressure to prevent improper operation by the operator and the set pressure is too high.

 

6. Electric control components and pneumatic components are branded, to ensure the stability and service life of the equipment.

 

7. The test time can be set to: 99H59M59S. When the test time is reached, the pressure can be automatically stopped and the air in the tank can be automatically exhausted. The operator can open the tank lid to take out the test sample.

 

8. Pressure display: The pressure can be preset and displayed on the touch screen, and the internal pressure can be automatically stabilized. Pressure display accuracy: 0.01 KG/CM².
