Structure Features


 

 

Structure Adopt split structure. That is, the studio, refrigeration unit, salt spray unit, salt water tank, and electric control box are placed independently for on-site assembly. Air-conditioning unit and salt spray unit are set in the working room; the air-conditioning unit is composed of forced air circulation system, refrigeration system, heating system, humidification/dehumidification system, etc.; baffle type device is set in the salt spray unit, and constant temperature heating device is set at the bottom.
Outer Wall Material High-quality SUS304 stainless steel, the surface is electrostatically sprayed, and the material thickness is 0.8mm
Endosomal Material

Adopt acid and alkali resistant material SUS316L# stainless steel. Material thickness 1.2mm

 

Insulation Adopt rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer, thickness 100mm.
Top of The Studio In order to prevent the condensed water from the top of the studio from dripping directly on the test sample, so set a 120-degree oblique water baffle on the top of the studio.

Door

The door adopts double door structure;

Single door size: width 900 x height 1800mm. The door frame of the two doors are equipped with silicone rubber sealing strips and anti-condensation electric heating devices.

Observation Window There are 2 observation windows on the door, each window has resistive film for heating to achieve defrost function.
Test Lead Hole There is a test hole of φ100mm on the left side of the box, with a special cover.
Pressure Balance Device
