Test purpose: To test whether electronic and electrical products, automobiles, motorcycle parts, household appliances, seals and lamps can guarantee the good performance of equipment and components in the environment of dripping, pouring, spraying, short-term or long-term deep-water immersion. The purpose is to verify the shell protection performance of the product in IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, IPX6, IPX7 and IPX8 levels of water dripping, water spraying, water spraying or short-term immersion


Test Principle: By controlling the water supply flow to ensure that dripping, showering or spraying water reaches the standard required speed. The standard equivalent pressure is achieved by controlling the depth of the sample in the water and the immersion time. Enables the test equipment to generate uniform water flow or pressure over the entire surface of the specimen enclosure


Equipment structure and characteristics: The device is composed of a dripping mechanism, an oscillating pipe raining mechanism, a water spraying mechanism, a water immersion tank, a pressure water tank, a turntable and an electrical control cabinet. The drip tank bracket adopts the wall-mounted type, which is automatically raised and lowered by the motor control, and has the function of anti-falling. There is one set of floor support frame for installing oscillating pipe, the oscillating pipe is driven by a motor to oscillating left and right. The water spray mechanism is installed on the bracket. The immersion tank and together with the electrical control cabinet are made as a whole, and the hanging basket carrying the sample is lifted and lowered by the electric hoist. The pressure water tank is placed separately and connected with the control cabinet and water tank. Equipped with a loading turntable with adjustable speed the turntable can be tilted by 15° during IPX2 test. Equipped with a water filter cleaning device to prevent pinhole clogging. This system is an open structure.


Use environment: Power supply: AC380V±5%/50Hz, 5KW.

Place of use: temperature 15-35°C, relative humidity 25%-75%, atmospheric pressure 86-106kpa (860mbar-1060mbar). The ground needs to be flat. There is lighting, a waterproof leakage switch (or socket), good water inlet and drainage functions.

Use water source: clear water or tap water without impurities, and clean the filter device with water.
