Equipment Overview


 

  1. Cabinet Structural Features:
    1. Housing: mono-block construction which comprises all systems necessary for operation; The outer housing will be made of good quality galvanized sheet steel which is inside and outside primered and painted to a standard finish with high quality materials. The exterior surface will have high wear resistance
    2. Test space: the internal test space will be made of nonmagnetic SUS-304 stainless steel with no paint. All the seams will be TIG welded and vapor tight. The surface will be well polished.
    3. Interior shell materials: SUS304 stainless steel plate t=1.0mm;
    4. Insulation: the insulation material will be of low 'k' factor, high intensity and non-hygroscopic nature. The insulation will be multi layered with double vapor barrier. Asbestos free mineral fiber insulation will be used and the thickness is about 125mm.
    5. Door: fully-opened and single wing type, double silicone seal, hinges and lock.
      1. Door useful dimensions: 1000 mm W x 1100 mm H;
      2. Inspection windows: the chamber will be provided with one multilayer toughened glass inspection windows with built-in heaters. The size of the window glasses is 435 x 495 mm; The inspection window is equipped with an electric heating element on the surface of the glass able to prevent the condensate and frost formation;

    6. Standard configuration:
      1. One porthole (Ф100mm), equipped with blind plugs of low thermal conductivity materials
      2. Internal lighting×1
      3. One shelf and height are adjustable
      4. Equipped with 4 castors
    7. Pressure compensation system: the chamber is equipped with a pressure balance system provided which opens when there is overpressure in the test space. The system is mechanically designed to automatically open when the pressure inside the chamber increase.
    8. Power board and machine group positioning: mono-block construction
    9. Filter glass: The lamp mounting bracket will be integrated with filter glass (borosilicate glass). The mounting bracket for the filter glass is mounted to inside chamber ceiling. The size of the filter glass is bigger as the size of the lamp front side to allow angular irradiation without shadow influences caused by the chamber ceiling.;
