Air-cooled High and Low Temperature Low Pressure Test Chamber 1000L
Equipment Overview
This high and low temperature low-pressure test chamber is a high-precision environmental simulation device designed for reliability testing of batteries and electronic products. It can conduct long-term and stable testing of samples under low temperature, high temperature, low pressure, and their combined conditions. The equipment uses a microcomputer PID control system to achieve precise regulation of temperature, humidity, and pressure, and features air-cooled mechanical cascade compression refrigeration, finned-tube electric heating, vacuum pumping, and manual pressurization functions. Additionally, the device is equipped with a blast-proof pressure relief system, a carbon dioxide automatic fire suppression system, multiple safety protection devices, and an advanced programmable control system. It supports programmable testing, data acquisition, and remote monitoring, making it widely applicable for environmental resistance testing in the battery, electronics, and aerospace industries, ensuring product performance and safety under extreme conditions.

Program Requirements | The test batteries and battery packs shall be stored at a temperature of 75 ± 2°C for at least 6 hours, followed by storage at a temperature of -40 ± 2°C for at least 6 hours. The maximum time interval between the two extreme test temperatures shall be 30 minutes. This cycle shall be repeated 10 times. Afterward, all test batteries and battery packs shall be stored at ambient temperature (20 ± 5°C) for 24 hours. For large batteries and battery packs, the exposure time at the extreme test temperatures shall be at least 12 hours. |
