The Cable Anchorage Pull Force and Torque Test Apparatus (Model SNQC1007B) is a high-precision testing system designed for EVSE manufacturers and accredited laboratories requiring reliable and repeatable compliance verification. Developed in strict accordance with IEC 61851-23:2023, Clause 11.6.102, the system is used to assess whether EV AC/DC charging station cable assemblies and anchorage structures can withstand the specified tensile forces and torque without exceeding the allowable displacement limits.
The SNQC1007B features PLC-based intelligent control, motor-driven force application, and precision weight loading, ensuring stable force output, accurate measurement, and excellent test repeatability. Test parameters can be flexibly configured to accommodate different cable sizes and test requirements. A robust mechanical structure combined with an intuitive touch-screen human–machine interface enables efficient and user-friendly operation, even for first-time users.
By accurately simulating real-world pulling and twisting stresses applied to charging cables during normal use, this apparatus helps manufacturers verify compliance with stringent international safety requirements.
