Product Overview

This tester complies with IEC 62196-3:2026 Clause 13 & IEC 62196-1:2022 Clause 13.3.1, Figure 12 & Table 5.

It verifies whether the structural design of screw-clamped terminals meets the standard requirement to avoid excessive wire damage, and checks the terminal’s load-bearing capacity against mechanical stress under actual service conditions. Test cycles can be pre-set in advance; the unit will halt automatically and trigger an alarm once the preset test cycles are completed.
