This all-in-one safety tester integrates multiple electrical safety test functions with a built-in variable frequency power supply. It can conduct comprehensive safety performance tests for EV charging plugs, charging guns and EV charging piles, covering withstand voltage, insulation, earth continuity, leakage current and load power detection. The equipment meets IEC 62196 and IEC 60335 international standards, supporting automatic testing and data interconnection for EV manufacturers and certification labs. Customized test solutions are offered to fit your EV product testing requirements.

  8. Built-in Power Source: Integrated variable frequency power supply outputs voltage and frequency as required for testing. Standard built-in power capacity is up to 6KVA; higher power is customizable.
  9. Arc Detection: Detects abnormal current loops of DUT to screen out defective products with obvious short circuits.
  10. Barcode Scanning: Supports test start and test group adjustment via barcode scanning; barcodes link with test data for convenient data management and analysis.
  11. Data Management: Displays real-time statistical data in charts for easy data analysis and management. Compatible with databases and capable of docking with MES and other information systems.
