Product Overview

The Salt Spray Test Chamber is designed for corrosion resistance testing of metals, coatings, automotive parts, electronic components, and industrial products under accelerated salt fog environments.

Testing Principle

The salt spray chamber creates a controlled salt fog environment by atomizing salt solution through precision nozzles. The continuous exposure of specimens to corrosive mist accelerates corrosion reactions, allowing evaluation of material durability, coating protection, and corrosion resistance performance.

Structure characteristics
Box structure
