Product Overview

The IEC 62133 Battery Cell Burst Test Machine is designed for evaluating the pressure resistance, burst strength, and sealing performance of lithium battery cells.
It is mainly used for prismatic aluminum-shell cells, pouch cells, battery cover plates, and welded sealing structures to determine burst pressure, leakage performance, and pressure endurance.
The system integrates burst pressure testing, leakage detection, and pressure holding tests in one platform. With high-precision pressure measurement, automated data acquisition, and explosion-proof protection, it is widely applied in EV battery factories, lithium battery R&D laboratories, and third-party testing centers.
