Test Principle
Ice Water Splash Thermal Shock Test

The DUT (Device Under Test) is first heated inside the temperature chamber to a specified temperature.

After reaching the required condition, ice water is sprayed onto the component surface for a controlled duration. The sudden temperature change simulates cold water impact during winter driving.

The test helps detect:
