The IPX5 IPX6 Waterproof Test Chamber is designed for IEC 60529 ingress protection and IP rating testing. It features dedicated water jet nozzles, adjustable flow and pressure, a motorized turntable, and continuous water circulation for reliable and repeatable testing.
Suitable for electrical, electronic, lighting and automotive products, the chamber supports waterproof testing for product development, quality inspection and compliance verification.

The system supports two high-pressure water jet test levels within one test chamber.
The water spray system incorporates a digital flow meter and pressure gauge for monitoring and adjustment of test conditions.
Water collected at the bottom of the chamber is returned to the tank and continuously recirculated, making the system suitable for repeated waterproof testing.
The 1600 mm diameter turntable rotates at an adjustable speed of 1–7 rpm, helping expose different surfaces of the specimen to the water jet.
The LCD touchscreen controller allows operators to set test time and control the test process conveniently.
The chamber and spray piping are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel for durability and resistance to continuous water exposure.

The system operates through a closed-loop high-pressure water circulation system.
Water is stored in the tank at the bottom of the chamber. During testing, the pump draws water from the tank and pressurizes it before delivering it through the stainless-steel spray piping.
For IPX5 and IPX6 testing, the corresponding spray nozzle directs water toward the test specimen. The specimen is positioned on the motorized turntable, while the turntable rotates at the preset speed.
The water flow rate and spray pressure are monitored during the test, and the water is collected and returned to the tank for continuous circulation.
This configuration helps provide stable and repeatable conditions for IP waterproof testing and ingress protection evaluation.
