The Temperature Controlled External Short Circuit Tester is designed for lithium battery safety testing, battery cell abuse testing and external short-circuit testing.
With a maximum load current of 1000A, 20mΩ built-in resistor and ≤5μs DC response time, the system provides a controlled and repeatable high-current short-circuit test environment.
The integrated temperature-controlled chamber, battery surface temperature monitoring, automatic PLC control, smoke exhaust and explosion-proof protection make it suitable for battery R&D laboratories, safety testing laboratories and quality-control applications.

A powerful negative pressure smoke exhaust blower is installed on the top of the test box: the smoke exhaust volume is 2.2m³/min. The exhaust pipe of the blower is at the rear upper part of the outer box: the stainless steel SUS201 exhaust pipe is directly φ60mm. |
