1. Optimized Vibration Table Body Structure

Adopts precision cast and manually polished moving coil, matched with dual bearing axial guidance and photoelectric load support system. It effectively suppresses axial deviation and rotational displacement during high-frequency vibration tests, greatly improving test stability and service life. The double magnetic circuit design realizes uniform magnetic field distribution and ultra-low flux leakage, avoiding interference with test specimens and surrounding equipment. The surface adopts phosphating anti-corrosion treatment and high-grade car paint technology, with excellent wear resistance and rust resistance for long-term industrial continuous operation.

Equipped with honeycomb air duct and double-layer shunt heat dissipation structure, matched with low-noise silencer fan, it solves the overheating problem of long-time high-load testing, realizing low-noise and high-efficiency heat dissipation.

2. High-efficiency Digital Switching Power Amplifier

LA12K digital power amplifier adopts advanced IGBT technology and sinusoidal frequency multiplication PWM modulation algorithm, with signal-to-noise ratio ≥65dB and working efficiency over 90%. It meets EU CE safety standards, features stable output, low noise and strong anti-interference ability. The electronic automatic current sharing technology ensures balanced power output, effectively avoiding signal distortion and ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of vibration test data.

3. Full-protection Servo Safety System

Built-in multi-dimensional safety protection mechanism, covering over-voltage, under-voltage, phase loss, over-current, over-temperature, over-displacement, external fault and logic error protection. It can automatically alarm and stop the machine in case of abnormal conditions, protecting test samples, equipment body and operators, realizing zero-risk test operation.

4. High-precision Intelligent Vibration Controller

Adopts 32-bit floating-point DSP processor (main frequency 300MHz) and 24-bit high-resolution ADC/DAC chip, with dynamic control range over 90dB and signal-to-noise ratio over 100dB. Independent control loop design separates PC operation from system control, ensuring real-time response and ultra-high control precision.

Support three core test modes: random vibration, sine sweep and classical shock. It covers rich sweep modes, pulse waveforms and frequency bands, meets MIL-STD-810, ISO  and industrial standards. The bilingual Chinese/English system supports one-click generation of Word/PDF test reports, with complete data analysis, curve display and data storage functions, convenient for laboratory certification and factory quality inspection filing.

5. Multi-directional Test Expansion Capability

Equipped with 600*600mm magnesium alloy vertical and horizontal test platforms, with hard anodized surface and durable M8 stainless steel screw sleeves, supporting high-frequency long-term testing. The independent horizontal oil film slide table is equipped with natural granite base and separate oil source, with strong lateral restraint and high overturning moment resistance, meeting multi-angle and multi-directional vibration test requirements of large and irregular specimens.
