The Integrated IPX1-IPX8 Waterproof Test System SN4418 is a modular water ingress testing solution for evaluating the protection of electrical and electronic enclosures against water penetration.
Designed according to IEC 60529:2013, the system integrates multiple test methods from IPX1 to IPX8 into one coordinated laboratory solution. It can be configured for products ranging from household electrical appliances and lighting equipment to electrical enclosures and other products requiring IP waterproof and ingress protection testing.

2. IPX3-IPX4 Oscillating Tubes Test Apparatus
The oscillating tube tester uses a motor-driven crank-link mechanism to generate controlled reciprocating water spray. Multiple tube radii are available for different enclosure dimensions.

3. IPX3-IPX4 Spray Nozzle
For enclosure areas that cannot be adequately exposed by the oscillating tube, the handheld spray nozzle provides an alternative test method.
The spray nozzle is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC60529 IPX3 and IPX4. The difference between IPX3 and IPX4 is that the baffle should be removed in the IPX4 test.

The hose nozzle module is designed for powerful water jet testing and supports separate flow requirements for IPX5 and IPX6.

The Deep Immersion Tank is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC60529 IPX8.

The centralized water supply system supports both small-flow and large-flow applications, with programmable water temperature and flow control.
Test parameters can be preset and monitored through the PLC-controlled 7-inch touchscreen interface, simplifying daily operation and improving test repeatability.
Different oscillating tube sizes, spray methods, immersion equipment and turntable configurations allow the system to be adapted to different test samples and laboratory layouts.
