Product Introduction

This test chamber conforms to IEC 60529:1989 + A1:1999 + A2:2013 Clause 14.2.9, DIN40050‑9 and ISO20653. It verifies the IP degrees of protection of enclosures for road vehicle electrical equipment, testing protection against solid foreign objects including dust and water ingress.

It is used to inspect equipment enclosures for IP supplementary code tests, and performs high temperature and high pressure waterproof testing for electrical and automotive components, especially EV parts.

Test samples include products requiring IPX9 grade waterproof test, such as automotive, motorcycle, EV, electrical and electronic components.

Material and Structural Features

The outer enclosure adopts sprayed high‑quality steel plate, and the inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The upper part of the chamber is the test area and control section. The lower part is equipped with imported Italian high‑pressure pump, solenoid valves, SUS304 stainless steel constant temperature tank and backwater tank, turntable motor and deceleration transmission mechanism.

All control settings: water temperature, nozzle control, pressure, test time and flow parameters are controlled by PLC and set via a 7‑inch touch screen.
