Product Overview

The IPX5~IPX6 Hose Nozzle Water Jet Test System is built to comply with IEC 60529:2013 IP code standard, designed to evaluate the water jet protection performance of product enclosures. It is widely adopted in labs and factories to verify waterproof capacity for electronic & electrical goods, automotive & motorcycle components, home appliances, sealing parts and lamps.
This IPX5 / IPX6 water ingress tester precisely controls water flow to meet standard required jet velocity. With standard hose nozzles specified in IEC60529 Figure 6, the test sample can be exposed to water streams from all feasible directions. Equipped with motor-driven rotating turntable and adjustable jet angle, the machine delivers repeatable and reliable IP waterproof test results for product certification and quality validation.
The whole unit adopts an open-type framework. The 500L stainless steel water tank is integrated with the electrical control cabinet. The system uses non-recycled test water, fitted with float valve for automatic water inlet and dual water level alarm protection to prevent pump dry burning damage.
