Equipment Overview

This system features PLC-based intelligent central control with touchscreen operation and parameter setting. The spray process is fully automatic with multiple standard nozzles (IEC60529 Fig. 5) arranged in a matrix layout. Adjustable spray angles enable comprehensive waterproof testing on charging stations of various specifications, making it ideal for third-party testing organizations and factory laboratories.
